My Blog
My Gallery
I live in: Texas, USA
If I could only scrapbook with 3 items, they would be...
patterned paper, letter stickers, and my black pen.
Everyday, I need to have...
me time. I am a much better wife and mother if I time to myself, especially if I spend that time praying or in my bible...although I admit I am prone to just vegging out, spending time online, or scrapping.
I wish that I could go...
to Europe with my husband. It's always been a dream of ours, and one day we will go!
My favorite memory is...
how in the world can I choose just one memory! I have been so blessed in my life. I have incredible childhood memories about times spent with my siblings. I have so many fun memories of my friends in junior high and high school (who are still some of my best friends to this day.) My wedding day, the days my boys were born, the times I found out I was pregnant, the years I spent in California when I was first married, learning so much about myself and my sweet husband, not to mention falling in love with him when I was 15 and the years we spent dating. I could go on and on.
I try to be "greener" by...
using energy saving light bulbs. Honestly, it's the only "green" thing I do. I know....bad Megan!
I created my first scrapbook layout...
in 1994 in the 8th grade. I filled page after page with magazine cut outs of Brad Pitt or Jared Leto. The first page I ever did with my own pictures was about a ski trip I took in the 8th grade. My "embellishments" included the hotel room key, lift tickets, boarding passes, an empty peanut bag from the plane, and a barf bag (unused, of course!) It's a real gem of a two page spread!
When I'm outside, I'm usually...
barefoot and watching my boys play. We love being outside!
When I hear the word inspire, I think of...
people who overcome great obstacles and thrive.
I hope people know that I am...
trying my best.
I can't help but laugh when...
the boys do crazy things. The stuff they come up with and say always cracks me up!
My all-time favorite movie is...
Love Actually
I think...
love is the most important thing in the world.
I love...
my family and my Jesus. They mean the world to me. And I love to laugh.
I really enjoy...
scrapbooking, of course! And blogging, watching movies and my favorite tv shows, going on a date with my husband, cooking a good meal if someone else cleans it up, hanging out with my best friends, and watching my boys grow up.
