Domestic & International Shipping*:

1. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority (unless previous arrangements have been made directly with Paper Trunk.) You may chose the option you prefer at checkout.
2. Price of shipment is determined at the time of ordering based upon the estimated weight of the products you have selected.
3. If the estimated shipping is less than the actual shipping, a credit for that overpayment will be made directly to the credit card used to place the order. If the actual shipping is more than the estimated charge, we will require a credit card to bill for the additional fee and the charge will appear as a separate transaction.
4. Paper Trunk is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, we will make every effort to assist you where possible.

*Additional information for International Shipping [PLEASE READ]:

* Paper Trunk is not responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage.
* Our customs forms will be filled out with the appropriate tariff codes or a general description of 'Scrapbook Products for re-sale.' The total actual cost of the products will also be identified on the form as required by federal law and insurance guidelines.
* Shipping times around the world vary from zip code to zip code. Because of this, Paper Trunk can not report a package as lost until 30 days beyond its expected arrival date. At that time, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the loss of the package(s).
